Growth forecast for the next three years:
We’ve grown by nearly 100 per cent in the last three years, and are planning much greater growth in the next period by developing new services, such as our newly launched desk and meeting space services for SMEs, freelancers and remote workers.

We’re the original mondaytofriday room rental site and now offer services to help people make their working weeks more productive.
What's the big vision for your business?
Growth. New services that link working people with the resources they need to make the most of each working week.

Currently a UK service, but with interest from other markets.
Biggest career setback and what you learned from it:
Employing somebody in a critical role who just couldn’t adapt to working in a small business. I learned early on that the commitment and flexibility you need to succeed in a small business can be hard to find and that it’s better to wait for the right person, rather than to try to fit a round peg into a square hole.
What makes you mad in business today?
Junior bank clerks ringing up to "review" the business and offer their advice. What advice?
What will be the biggest change in your market in the next three years?
The online marketplace moves so quickly, who knows where it’ll be in the three years time. Change is the only certainty. We know we need to have our eyes and ears open and try and keep ahead of the game.
Can businesses in your sector/industry access the finance they need to grow? If not, what can be done to improve things?
There seems to be money out there, but we decided against going to the bank – it was too expensive and inflexible. Instead we raised loans from friends and family, offering much better interest rates than they’ve been able to get anywhere else!

Ethical, motivational and caring.
Your biggest personal extravagance?

It’s good to see the government trying to speed up the roll out of superfast broadband in the UK. Without it, we will fall behind and it will be impossible to catch up. And we mustn’t stop there – investment in our communications must continue.
