Mike Newton is a fan of the blitzkrieg. All out lightning war. In his world there isn’t time for lengthy deliberation, droning consultants or reports with poetic prefaces. “If three directors meet in a corridor we call that a board meeting,” he jokes.
Newton’s Warrington-based firm, AD Holdings, was one of the country’s fastest growing businesses when we first interviewed him. In just seven years AD had increased its turnover 85 fold.
