The mission statement at G&P (Gobel & Partner) is simple: “To be the best – not the biggest.”

And yet, the company is the 15th fastest growing business on the Hot 100 2015, with revenue of £19.1m and a CAGR of 62.67 per cent.

G&P prides itself on continually developing and innovating its support of the motoring industry with the finest engineering, project management, logistics, warehousing and training around.

Based in the Midlands in Walsall, the firm has a truly global presence with operations in countries including Austria, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Russia, Spain, Turkey, the US and many others too.

“To be the leader you have to go further. We do much more than pick up a component, inspect it and put it down again. It’s embedded into our culture to exceed the expectations of our clients,” said the G&P.

“We offer a much more caring service, from problem ID, right the way through to problem-solving. In short, we want to be the customer’s first choice, not because we’re the biggest, but because we’re the best.

“People will choose us because they have absolute confidence that we will do whatever it takes to deliver the very best solutions quickly, effectively and efficiently. We will achieve this by offering nothing but the very highest standards and the very best personnel.”

In terms of the engineering division, G&P’s outsourced support enables employees of clients including Jaguar Land Rover to concentrate on other processes without distractions, providing options with long and short-term contracts.
