Clipper Contracting serves as a support unit for recruiting agencies and their temporary workers, delivering peak levels of customer service to help staff with financial management.

More than 250 agencies across the UK are signed up to Clipper’s services, including Hays, Randstad, HCI Group and small firms alike. The customer base has helped the firm achieve a CAGR of 81.22 per cent a revenue of £69.1m.

The founders of the company boast more than 25 years worth of experience in the recruitment industry and witnessed how the market had changed over time, thus set out to create a dynamic and modern solution to increase income opportunities.

Based in Dorset, the company has a multi-lingual customer service team and payroll department which are on hand to discuss effective weekly payments for contract workers.

Meanwhile, finance director Roger Lyas has over 40 years of experience in the industry and ensures everything is compliant with regulations to best support clients.

Offering more insight on the structure, the company said: “The senior management team are based in our London sales office. Rik King, director, has 12 years previous experience for a FTSE 250 recruitment company and has managed numerous offices and regions.
