Good advice from successful entrepreneurs

Don’t over-expand, appeal to deep human emotions and ask inconvenient questions; three bits of business advice from entrepreneurs that are holding firm in our recession-stricken times.

They come from top business brains Laura Tenison, founder of childrenswear company JoJo Maman Bébé; Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn; and Keith Clarke, chief executive of Atkins in the latest instalment of BBC Radio 4’s The Bottom Line.

Although television is increasingly crowded with business programmes (some better than others) radio is still playing catch and this show is one of the front runners. Check out a preview on the BBC website
