FD watch – Toby Woolrych

Toby Woolrych has been appointed group finance director of Consort Medical, which specialises in devices for inhaled drug delivery and anaesthesia.

Woolrych replaces John Glenn, who was appointed chief executive officer on 5 December 2007. However, Paul Boughton, the company's corporate development director, has been acting group FD since that date.
Woolrych will join the company in the autumn from AIM-listed Italian catalyst business Acta where he was initially chief financial officer and latterly chief operating officer.
