Title Description

"I've never had an original idea in my life. I just look at other people's ideas and execute them better," says Theo Paphitis, who started up his own business at 23 and is now chief executive of Ryman and an investor on the BBC TV series Dragons' Den. He talks to Real Business about rubber ducks, his bank manager and why he needed an "asbestos suit" to work in the football industry.
