CFO watch – Andy Volkmann
Andy Volkmann has resigned as chief financial officer from the board of Armor Designs, a designer and manufacturer of composite armour products.
Armor has hired David Seaton as a consultant to perform the CFO duties. Seaton is a former CFO of ArmorGroup International.
The company is seeking a permanent replacement for Volkmann.
