CFO watch – Charles Prentice
Charles Prentice has been appointed CFO of Central African Gold.
He will also sit on the company’s board of directors.
Prentice was previously CFO of another AIM-listed metals company – African Platinum – but has held financial directorships and positions at other companies such as Lesotho Diamond and South African Breweries.
CAG chief Greg Hunter said Prentice’s extensive financial knowledge and strong relationships in the African resource sector will be valuable to the company.
