A family business can be quoted on the stock market and not lose its character
If a family decides to float, then the family stake will be diluted. But Pochins, a Cheshire-based building contractor, is still very much a family business even though it has been listed for more than 35 years.
What are the pitfalls and the benefits for a family business to list on the stock exchange?
