FD watch – Keith Fleming
Keith Fleming has resigned as finance director and deputy chief executive of Blacks Leisure.
He is due to take up another position with an unnamed private equity-backed business.
Fleming will be replaced by Marc Lombardo who joins the company from brewer Greene King where he is currently group financial planning director.
