FD watch – Paul O’Brien
Paul O’Brien has resigned as finance director of UTV Media.
The company says O’Brien’s resignation is effective immediately and due to family circumstances.
Former group FD and the current group commercial director, Jim Downey, will assume the role of interim group FD.
