FD watch – Peter Gill
Peter Gill has resigned as finance director of the Rank Group and as an executive director of the Rank board.
Gill will be replaced by Paddy Gallagher but will stay with Rank, a provider of services to the film industry, until 1 June 2008.
He has been FD of the company since July 2005. During that time, Rank has undergone a £1.2bn programme of restructuring. Gill says it’s time to move on now that programme is complete.
