FD watch – Peter Turner
Peter Turner has been appointed FD of Venture Production.
Turner replaces Marie-Louise Clayton who tendered her resignation in May and will leave the oil and gas company on 31 December 2007.
Peter was previously at The BOC Group, the worldwide industrial gases, vacuum and distribution services company, prior to its acquisition by Linde earlier this year.
He held a number of senior financial positions including director of taxation and treasury and FD of the Industrial and special products division.
Turner, who joins the company today, will be appointed to the board on 6 December 2007.
