FD watch – Nicholas Cadbury

Nicholas Cadbury has been appointed group finance director of retailer DSG International.

He replaces Kevin O’Byrne, who is joining Kingfisher as FD.

Cadbury will formally take over the role on 14 August 2008 following a handover period.

He has been with DSG since 1993 and was most recently FD for the company’s international electricals operations. He has held a number of other senior roles such as FD of PC World.
