Christopher Hyde has resigned as finance director of Merchant Securities, the holding company for a financial services group specialising in private client and institutional stockbroking, corporate finance and private equity.

Hyde has left the company by mutual consent to pursue other interests

Merchant Securities has appointed a senior group interim finance controller, with a view to making a permanent appointment as soon as possible.
