Working mums are a great untapped resource for SMEs

Maternity leave is the bane of many a small company. It’s costly, finding cover can be time consuming, and, with the constant threat of new laws, its little wonder that entrepreneurs are often very vocal about steering clear of mums. But new research shows that, contrary to fears, working mums don’t want extra pay, longer maternity leave or extra perks after all. They just want flexible working. Like any other jobseeker.
