Q: Your advice on working with your bank manager, please. We’ve been with our bank for many years now and they’ve been okay – never too intrusive, never particularly helpful. We are likely to be seeking overdraft extensions in the coming months and I will need some flexibility from my bank. I’m wondering whether we’d get a different, improved service from another bank. Is it worthwhile changing?
