This London-based software firm specialises in local development framework documents, corporate and local transport plans, transport delivery reports, community strategy documents and regional and service plans. Formed by current CEO Giles Welch in 1998, the company hit turnover of £4.1m in 2008, with pre-tax profits of £602,200, thanks to contracts with the likes of Anglian Water and Huntingdonshire District Council and expansion into the States.
