Scotia Homes specialises in building luxury homes across Scotland. In its first year of operation, the Aberdeenshire-based company built 23 homes. Now it completes more than 350 homes in Scotland each year. No wonder sales are a shade under £72m and growth is 93 per cent during the past four years. The management at Scotia Homes has a clear idea of where it wants to take the company going forward. Scotia’s website boldly proclaims: “Our aim by 2010 is to continually increase business by taking completions to more than 500 properties a year, with a combined turnover exceeding £100m.”
