Four years on, this London-based company boasts 20 banks on its client list, including the likes of JPMorgan and SocGen, employs more than 250 people and has even set up its own derivatives training academy, which runs three-year graduate programmes. Sales hit £9.4m last year and Davies expects to double that this year.
