Europa Capital may be a UK business but it is, as the name suggests, distinctly Europe facing. The pan-European real estate investment management business has invested more than €5bn in transactions, spanning 17 European countries. The company invests on behalf of 70 international investors drawn from North America, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia, and operates using a unique network of exclusive country partners. The firm says that this provides deal flow, asset management services and the local market knowledge to help Europa Capital access and manage its investments. Clearly the company is doing something right, with turnover a shade under £5m and compound annual growth during the past four years at 38.6 per cent. Profits are currently £1.9m.
