As with any juicy story, the plot thickens. Research has revealed that prior to his BB experience, Young posted various threads on web hosting forums trying to promote his "company". More interestingly, last October (when he must have known he was going to appear on the reality show) he posted a request on a forum asking for PR advice as to how he could embellish his turnover figures. Smelling a rat yet? Whatever the truth behind these apparent blunders, this is a classic example of how online forums can damage credibility. Was this a case of insufficient research being carried out by Big Brother producers? Or, more worryingly, did they know about Young’s exaggerated success and simply see an opportunity to boost their ratings at the expense of the scorned teenager? Let’s hear your views on the matter
