Who’d’ve thunk it? He’s in! Boris Johnson is actually Mayor. The man who’s affectionately caricatured as “Boris the Menace” in the Spectator strip now holds the Capital under his sway. Is this good news for small businesses? It seems so. The new Mayor has promised a monthly pow-wow with the Federation of Small Businesses to ensure he’s got his finger on the pulse of enterprise.
