CFO watch Jim Smart

Smart joined the board of the financial services group in November 2006 and was appointed to his current position on 1 January 2007.

He was going to leave once the company merged with Resolution but stayed to spearhead a detailed review of its strategic options when the merger fell through.

The review is now complete and Smart will leave the company after its interim results, which are due to be announced in August 2008.
