CFO watch Malcolm Dunne

He replaces Phil Rogers, who has become CEO after Jane Cavanagh stepped down from the position.

Bill Ennis and Rob Murphy, who were managing director, publishing, and managing director, studios, have also stepped down.

Dunne is currently CFO of the group’s US publishing business. He will not join the board as part of his new role.
