Worst Business Moment: When Stephanie Slater was kidnapped in 1992. I was the managing director of Shipways Estate Agents and Stephanie was working for me at the time. It changed my life forever.

Next big thing: I am now a “street-fighting entrepreneur” and a mentor to young people with ideas, passion and energy. This is how I spend 80 per cent of my time and I love it.
