Everline Future 50: BuyMyWardrobe

1 Mins

BuyMyWardrobe aims to provide a trusted online marketplace where individuals and businesses can trade pre-owned designer fashion.

This isn’t just idealistic talk. By partnering with existing local consignment businesses, BuyMyWardrobe has identified a cost-effective way to “growth hack” the business – collecting locally and selling globally.

In a year since launch, the firm, founded by designer Kal Di Paola, has attracted 57,000 users and increased sales by an average of 106.6 per cent per quarter since launch. From 50 sellers at launch, BuyMyWardrobe now has 600.

The three-year strategy is to become an aspirational selling platform for pre-owned luxury fashion. Di Paola: “We aim to build BuyMyWardrobe into the number one resale site in Europe with a potential to be global. Our vision is to change the way modern women consume luxury designer fashion.”
