And it seems like this is exactly what the UK is doing – we are infatuated with small businesses, and rightly so! From government initiatives and legislation to incubators and accelerators, there seems to be a lot of focus on furthering the success of our small businesses. The Future 50 project tries to do the same. Now in its fourth year, we at Everline, along with Real Business, are recognising companies that challenge the norms in their field. Our mission is to identify the UK’s 50 most disruptive early stage businesses and the search begins today. Previous award winners are truly revolutionising the way we live, work and play from a wide range of sectors, including ecommerce, property, veterinary, fashion, motoring and hospitality. For the first time, these winners will be invited to join the academy to vote on who should be included this year. As the UK continues to prove itself as an innovative hub we are continuing to support and celebrate the achievements of our home grown businesses. Here at Everline, we pride ourselves on being disruptive within the SME lending sector by providing fast, flexible and convenient finance to businesses who need it, and so the Future 50 awards are particularly close to our heart and we are thrilled to be involved again this year. Nominations open today and close on 28th November 2014 so if you run your own business, nominate yourself, or if you know such a business, please put them forward. The key word we’re looking for is disruptive; if you’re a young company making waves in your industry, we want to hear from you.
