Adam Dougall, Hertford financial controller, has been appointed the financial services company’s chief operating officer.

David Balbi has resigned as finance and commercial director of Infoserve. He will leave the online local search company on 31 May 2009.

Stephen Bentley, the finance director of Newfound, will act as interim CEO of the company following the resignation of Jayne McGivern. The board intends to outsource the day-to-day management of the group’s activities; when this happens, Bentley will step down as FD and CEO and become a non-executive director.Colley Clarke has resigned as chief financial officer of communication software company Redknee. Clarke will stay at Redknee until 1 April 2009. He has been replaced, on an interim basis, by David Charron, who is vice-president of financial planning and analysis.

Phillip Lee has been appointed finance director of Tricorn, which develops and makes pipe solutions. Lee joins the company from Rolls-Royce where he was most recently FD of distributed generation systems.

John Worby has been appointed finance director of animal genetics company Genus. He replaces Martin Boden.

Nathan Bostock has resigned as chief financial officer of Abbey National and Alliance & Leicester. He is currently the executive responsible for products and marketing, human resources, cards and insurance. He will leave the business on 1 June 2009. John Dootson has been appointed chief financial officer of Cyprotex. He has been acting as a consultant financial controller to the pharmaceutical company for more than four years.

Keith Bennett has been appointed chief financial officer of Canton Property Investment.
