Stephen So has resigned as chief financial officer of Jetion Holdings, the manufacturer of high-performance solar cells and modules. So will leave the company on 14 May 2009.
Henry Davies has been appointed group finance director of Mecom. Davies has been acting as the media company’s FD since 16 January 2009. Before joining Mecom as group financial controller in 2007, he had been group controller at DS Smith and Eastern Group.
Philippe Monier has been appointed chief financial officer designate of Bateman Engineering. He replaces Pieter Du Plessis, who is taking a key operational role as the chief executive officer of the Bateman Engineering projects strategic business unit. Monier was most recently CFO of Green Gas International.
Michael Roller has been appointed finance director of Corin Group, a manufacturer and supplier of orthopaedic devices. He replaces Simon Hartley. Since 2004, Roller has held FD positions in listed and private equity-backed organisations, including Strathdon Investments and Capital Consulting.
Andrew Andrea has been appointed group finance director of brewer Marston’s. He will take up his new role on 31 March 2009. Andrea is currently commercial director acting for both Marston’s Pub Company and Marston’s Beer Company. He replaces Paul Inglett.
Barbara Spurrier has resigned as finance director of of Eruma, the AIM-listed specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting.
John Oliver Mitchel has been appointed finance director of business research company IQ Holdings. Mitchel was most recently group financial controller at two large media companies including Media Square but joined IQ Holdings in September 2008. He replaces Peter Parkinson, who has been acting as interim FD.
Paul Craven has resigned as chief financial officer of Weatherly. It follows the company closing its mines in Namibia, the completion of its tolling agreements at the smelter and as part of the restructuring of the company.
David Wilton has been appointed finance director of consultant White Young Green. He was previously FD of Adler & Allan Holdings. Wilton replaces Bob Hartley, who will assume the role of services director as well as continuing his role as company secretary.
M C J Hews will be appointed as CFO, subject to regulatory approval, of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office. He replaces G A Prescott on 1 April 2009.
