Chris Goscomb has been appointed chief financial officer of Cyril Sweett, the international construction and property consultancy. Goscomb has worked as the group treasurer for nearly two years. He replaces Mike Kemsley, who has been CFO for the last 15 years.
John Allwood has resigned as finance director of media company Mecom. He has been replaced on an interim basis by Henry Davies, the group’s financial controller.
Mark Pain has resigned as group finance director of Barratt Developments. He will leave the housebuilder at 30 June 2009. A replacement has yet to be identified.
Johnathan Richard Ford has been appointed group finance director of NWF. He replaces Paul Grundy who will stay with the business until 30 April 2009. Ford joins the specialist distribution business from support services company Homeserve where he has been divisional finance director of the emergency services division.
Nick McKittrick has become finance director and chief operating officer of property search website Rightmove. The appointment is part of a move to simplify the organisation and board of the company. McKittrick has been managing director of the main Rightmove.co.uk operating subsidiary. He replaces Graham Zacharias.
Matthew Hall has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of IS Pharma. He was previously a director of investment bank Noble & Company and has worked alongside the pharmaceutical company since January 2007. He replaces Nigel Goldsmith, who will leave the group in April.
Jan Nooitgedagt has been appointed chief financial officer of Aegon. He replaces JosStreppel, who is retiring. Nooitgedagt, is currently the chairman of the board of the Dutch and Belgian firms of Ernst & Young.
Anna Kolonchina has been appointed chief financial officer of real estate developers Pik. She replaces Evgeny Luneev from 26 January 2009. Kolonchina joins the group from Wainbridge Limited, a private investment company.
