Hadas Gazit-Kaiser has resigned as chief financial officer of Emblaze. She is to become CFO of Magic Software Enterprises. Nir Feller, who has been acting as director of finance for the past two years, will assume the technology group’s financial responsibilities.
David Swords, the finance director of Qualceram Shires, has been appointed chief operations officer of the bathroom suites company. He has been FD since September 1999. Aidan Clince will act as FD until a replacement for Swords has been found.
Greg Minns has been appointed finance director and company secretary of Digital Marketing Group. He was previously the group finance director of Vividas, a software services company. Minns replaces Sarah Guest, who will leave the group on 1 March 2009.
Glenn Culpepper has been appointed finance director of building materials group CRH. He replaces Myles Lee, who has taken over the company’s CEO role.Mike Brennan has resigned as finance director of ethanol product and project development company TL Resources.
Bill Trent has resigned as chief financial officer and group company secretary of Numis. Simon Denyer has replaced Trent in the company secretarial role at the banking and stockbroking business.
Steve Kynaston has been appointed finance director of steel products company Acertec. He was most recently FD of automotive parts group Stadco and replaces Jonathan Cook.
Tom Simmons has retired as finance director of Mama. His replacement at Mama, the parent company of a number of UK-based music and media businesses, has yet to be announced.
Tiam Huat Lim has resigned as finance director of Asia Resources. Lim has been replaced by Michael Stainer who also assumes the role of company secretary.
