Firm pursues bold ‘name your price’ strategy

Forward-Thinking is a consultancy that offers services from e-commerce to marketing and website design.

Co-founder Richard Stewart says anyone can take advantage of the offer, although it’s only in play for a limited amount of time. “We just felt that we’re well placed to offer a few services that may prove beneficial to either an individual or company who may not currently be in a position to achieve what they want due to limited resources, timescales or budgets,” he says.

Stewart also notes while there are various government schemes, initiatives and grants that are available to growing businesses to improve cashflow, sometimes they can be hard to access. "Often the hoops people have to jump through and the boxes they have to tick can put them off,” he says. “Especially smaller businesses, for whom time & resources are stretched enough without having to get wrapped up in additional paperwork and lengthy meetings, with no guarantees at the end that they’ll even qualify for support.”

He’s confident the clients who take advantage of the offer won’t abuse it: “We hope people will see the offer for what it is: an opportunity to enhance their own business image. That said, we tend to be pretty savvy at spotting those who are just out to waste time anyway.”
