The factory in Thailand deals with orders from our German and Italian sister TV channels as well as the UK. Demand obviously increases during the approach to Christmas, so this means that we have to adjust our supply strategy accordingly. As ever, people seem to leave their shopping till the last minute.

2016 and beyond

We have now completed our first full year at our new premises in Birmingham. We are proud of how well all of our teams have come together and produced a great environment to work in. In house, we have our warehouse, call centre, main office and TV studios and it is always great to see how well everyone gets on and functions as a team.

All in all, a really positive year to reflect upon and so exciting to think about what 2017 holds. We ve got loads of new and exciting products ready for 2017 which we can’t wait to bring on air. The “big four” diamonds, emeralds, rubies and sapphires and varieties of these will continue to be our main focus at Rocks and Co.
