Epiphany moment! Second-in-charge is right, again. Cannot do everything by self. Worked out have 26 project-full weeks on top of everyday work to fit in between now and Christmas. It’s simply not going to work. That is even supposing I was on top form, which (let’s be honest) am not. Sit down and have serious revision of plans with Second-in-charge. Look at business plan. Note first aim we set ourselves was to have fun and a good quality of life. Hmmm. Also note that while we are getting busier again and turnover starting slowly to rise, offices are still running on economic skeleton staff due to recruitment gaps and illness. No wonder Second and I are currently feeling half dead. Am going to sit down and look at budgets and revise office job specs and see what can be done…
