To promote its new Range Rover SVAutobiography, Land Rover is offering the customers “the most luxurious road trip on Earth” which will cross five continents, eight countries and nine of the world’s finest hotels over 21 days – all for at least £100,000.

Premium car manufacturer Land Rover says its latest Range Rover SVAutobiography vehicle is the most luxurious model in the company’s history.

To mark the milestone, the firm has teamed with luxury travel partner Abercrombie & Kent to develop the globe-trotting tour deemed a “once-in-a-lifetime trip”, which can be booked now.

The joint venture itinerary will span 21 days, providing customers with driving routes designed to put the new creation through its paces, both on and off-road, which Range Rover claims is only possible due to its “peerless capability”.

“We set out to design a trip worthy of the ultimate luxury SUV and thanks to our partners at Abercrombie & Kent we have achieved just that,” said Mark Cameron, Land Rover experiential marketing director at Jaguar Land Rover.

“From Europe to Australia, this trip is all about the epitome of luxury but done so in a Land Rover way – the unexpected, the off-the-beaten-track and the once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This itinerary represents the definitive drive adventure, achieved in the definitive vehicle.”

The SVAutobiography is considered “the ultimate variant of the British manufacturer’s luxury model line”, while the engine is the most powerful one ever fitted in a Range Rover. The vehicle was made exclusively at a special vehicle operations site owned by Jaguar Land Rover.

The price of the road trip starts at a cost of £100,000 per person based on two travellers and is customisable based on their needs.

“Our love of adventure, combined with exploration and luxury for over 50 years, gave us the inspiration for this expedition, which is packed full of unforgettable experiences. Our pioneering customers will explore landscapes, see wildlife and meet communities well and truly off the beaten track.”
