Since setting up the awards in 2005, and then complimenting them with the First Women Summit in 2015, Real Business has lifted the lid on a generation of role models leading the way and inspiring tomorrows female entrepreneurs and business professionals.
On 22 June we will once again bestow upon the judges favourites awards including First Women in Entrepreneurship, First Women of Manufacturing and First Women Young Achiever. With a judges panel made up of former winners and professionals at leading companies including PepsiCo UK, Bupa, BMW and KPMG, the awards are the authoritative voice.
Previous winners have included Nails Inc founder Thea Green, Supersavers founder Mary Perkins and TV personality and presenter Clare Balding.

Once the illustrious shortlist for the 13 categories has been finalised, candidates will be invited to a face-to-face judging session in May.
But before all that happens, there is still one day left to put forward your submissions. Whether it is your own achievements, or that of a valued colleague or peer, we want to hear from you. You have until 15 April to do so.
The glitzy awards at the Lancaster London Hotel will be hosted by trailblazing female comedian Katherine Ryan and promise to feature some incredible stories of success, perseverance, surprise and inspiration.
