Having the right culture is vital which is why we believe in the importance of organic growth. In the last 18 months we have doubled our headcount from 65 to 130. The group is looking to continue expanding dependant on the right people being identified.
Organic growth is central to the business” future plans. We intend to grow what we ve got,” says Watson, but Investigo is likely to spread to new geographical locations and enter more specialist parts of the recruitment market.
