Formerly known as Cape Allman, the company was acquired by Rexam in 1992, and then underwent an MBO in 2002, and reverted to its former name. Jaycare was added with the acquisition of the same-named competitor in 2008.
The company designs, manufactures and distributes plastic packaging to the European pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
