Castlerock Recruitment, otherwise known as CRG, is a company that provides recruitment and healthcare services to businesses within the medical, executive and rail sectors, both in the UK and overseas.

Run by Ian Munro, Ian McDougall and Paul Booth, the recruitment firm is headquartered in St Helens, but has ten other offices scattered across the country.

CRG consists of 11 specialist divisions, one of which is CRG Healthcare. The division supplies qualified nursing and healthcare assistants to public and private sector organisations, such as the NHS, private hospitals, care homes and residential living environments, in addition to continuing healthcare at home.

One of its core offerings are theatre nurses and operating department practitioners.

The North West Fund for Development Capital, which invested in the company in 2012, said: “The Castlerock management team have delivered strong growth in their business over the last couple of years by winning new customers and expanding their offering into new segments of the healthcare market. We have been particularly impressed by the high regard with which they are viewed by their customers.”

Since the cash injection, CEO Ian Munro states that the company has taken on new staff and also offers a larger number of top notch health professionals “to under-resourced hospitals, clinics, care homes and other institutions that rely on experienced healthcare professionals to deliver the best quality healthcare every day.”
