Hot 100 2014 – 20: Henrob

Latest turnover: £31,565,000
Three-year compound growth rate (%): 54.15
Latest EBITDA: 2,835,000

Henrob, with it’s philosophy of being “an innovator not an imitator”, is commited to HSPR technology – a cold joining process used to fasten two or more sheets of material by driving a rivet through the top sheets.

“This upsets the rivet, under the influence of a die, into the lower sheet without piercing it,” the company says.

This is achieved with the support of 3D computer-aided design software.
