Paul Wright and Valerie Kaye announced yesterday plans to sell Lead The Good Life, a gardening equipment firm, to Ideal Shopping Direct, the TV and web-based shopping business they set up three decades ago. The pair still hold a 29 per cent stake in Ideal Shopping Direct. Lead The Good Life made profits totalling £730,000 on sales of £6m in the 17 months since its launch. They exited the Ideal board in two years ago after selling £9.9m of shares in March 2005. Related articles:Sir Tom Hunter’s green fingers
