The Growing Business Awards, which will take place on the 23rd of October, will not only feature entrepreneurs and businesses driving the British economy, but sponsors who seek to champion companies across different points of the growth curve.
Among them is Spring Law, whose own entrepreneurial background and experience in growing from start-up to SME brings practical insight into the needs and ambitions of entrepreneurs.
Indeed, what better firm to sponsor this year’s Young Company of the Year awards, which recognises firms started since April 2009 who weathered the storm of the economic downturn and are now challenging the big players in their market.
But Spring Law clarifies that their greatest asset is the quality of their people, which is reinforced by Rob Kinder, an associate at Spring Law, who is responsible for driving work with early stage businesses and entrepreneurs.
“It’s all about finding the right people to grow your business with?, Kinder explains. And as a company helping growing entrepreneurs, we wanted to be a part of the Growing Business Awards. The candidates were all strong, with an amazing attitude towards disrupting their markets.
After judging the Young Company of the Year category, Kinder says: “It’s always different when you look at an idea or profile of an entrepreneur on a piece of paper. After seeing the passion in their pitches, I was blown away. But I’m certain that this forward thinking attitude towards innovation was present in every individual who attended today.
