Make a splash at Fishtank Festival 2010

Entrepreneur speakers include Paul Arad and James Burke from art company Acrylicize (which makes art installations for the likes of British Airways, the BBC, Deloitte and Sunseeker yachts), Lee Bibring from luxury cycling-holiday firm Love Velo, and Jamison Combs from Natural Balance Foods.

There will also be a fashion show by Pants to Poverty, the ethical underwear brand set up by Ben Ramsden in 2005 and one of our top social enterprises of the year.

Saturday 27 November

  • Features: Fashion show hosted by Pants to Poverty; eight-man breakdance competition (including bboys from Soul Mavericks and La Familia Crew); MC Battles hosted by Don’t Flop
  • Bands: Rebel Control; The Stowaways; Raven Beats Crow
  • Solo/acoustic musicians: Ryan Keen, Samuel Brookes, Naomi Roper, Pevin Kinel, James Kelly, Kris Skovmand, Jamie Gordon, Robyn Sherwell
  • Comedy: stand-up with Dr George Ryegold, Mark Restuccia, Dan Lees and hosted by Tony Dunn
  • Theatre: Laura Doehler
  • Artists: Ten exhibiting artists (including art by Tom Lewis, sculpture by Mark Scott-Wood and Vahakn Matossian, painters, photographers and installations by Air Images Talk)
  • Speakers: Pants to Poverty, Lee Bibring (Love Velo), Jamison Combs (Natural Balance Foods).
  • Short film: By Hook by Laura Evers-Johns; Lithse Le Golide by Guy Ailion. 
  • Other: Darius Ziatabari (magician); Kiren Puri (resident chef).

Sunday 28 November

  • Bands: Revere, Felix Fables, The Fanclub, Marla, Francobollo, Colne Valley Youth Orchestra Strings (ten-piece orchestral arrangement)
  • Solo/acoustic musicians: Emmet Scanlan, Oscar (jazz pianist), Tom Walsh (jazz trumpeter)
  • Comedy: Sketch comedy by So On And So Forth
  • Theatre: Eyebrow Productions presents In An Instant, Dean Reeve (contemporary dance)
  • Spoken Word: Suli Breaks, Dean Atta, OneNess, Dougie Hastings
  • Artists: Ten exhibiting artists (including art by Tom Lewis, sculpture by Mark Scott-Wood and Vahakn Matossian, painters, photographers and installations by Air Images Talk)
  • Speakers: Unconference hosted by Amanda Jones (Red Button), Charlie Morley (lucid dreaming expert)
