Amery Capital, the fund set up by former Marks & Spencer director Maurice Helfgott and backed by Oasis founders Michael and Maurice Bennett, has swooped in to rescue Oliver Sweeney, the menswear fashion brand worn by celebrities including Brad Pitt and Oasis singer Noel Gallagher. Amery Capital will acquire Oliver Sweeney from administrators PricewaterhouseCoopers via a newly-formed company, called McFL Trading. Oliver Sweeney, who founded the eponymous company 19 years ago, will continue to design the collection. Related articles:Liam Gallagher launches clothing brand
