Worst business moment: I’m struggling to think of one in particular. There have been some bad events but, looking back, I wouldn’t single any one out as the worst. They all add up to make me the person I am now, and I’ve learned some things which will make me a better leader in the future. Proudest business moment: Visa Europe investing in the business.
