Best business book: Marketing Judo by Richard Richardson of Harry Ramsden fame.

Worst business moment: Effecting a product recall

Proudest business moment: The launch of Ella’s Kitchen ?January 22, 2006. I’ll never forget seeing my daughter’s face on each of our products, stocked on the shelves of 350 Sainsbury stores. The dream was now a reality.
