Rasul to help troubled retailers

Scotland on Sunday reports that Rasul, who has a personal fortune of around £80m, has taken a 70 per cent stake (worth between £2m and £3m) in CPM Asset Management.

CPM will buy unwanted stock from retailers.

Rasul was recently named one of the BBC’s new online Dragons, along with Julie Meyer (who is speaking at Real Business’s Entrepreneurs’ Summit this May).
