Best business book: I’d recommend Jim Collins’ Good to Great to anyone who is particularly passionate about building a successful business on the back of strong ethical standards and a desire to promote a positive business culture.
Worst business moment: 2007 was a challenge as growth slowed for us but, with hindsight, this only made us stronger and more focused on what we wanted to achieve.
Proudest business moment: Signing our first MVNO contract with Telfort, a Dutch mobile telecommunication company.
Business mentor: My grandfather, a wise and inspiring man.
Next big thing: Achieving the company’s vision to be the brand of choice for one billion people around the world by 2020.
